The hotel is very convenient because it is located near many mini markets and factory outlets. The room and the whole hotel are always clean, and the staff is always friendly. Breakfast has a great variety of delicious foods.

The hotel had a great location close to many shops and restaurants which was very convenient. the lobby was nicely decorated and had a calm and relaxing vibe. During our stay at Christmas time, they had lovely holiday decorations throughout the property. Best aspect: We were impressed with the variety of breakfast foods available and the quality of the dishes served. the staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home.
The housekeeping service was not up to the mark. Our room was not cleaned properly and we had to request new towels frequently.

Super comfortable, clean, beautiful! Polite staff, delicious breakfast. Comfy bed and pillows. Clean toilet. Constantly stocked snacks. Pretty interior design. Will definitely book again. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay in a hotel that was well-located for our needs. the area was somewhat less noisy, but still had plenty of restaurant options and easy access to transportation. the room and bathroom were clean and cozy, with all basic amenities provided. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, even going out of their way to assist us with a financial issue. the free breakfast was simple but delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. a great experience!
A minor issue with the temperature of the water; despite efforts by the hotel, it was not always hot enough for our liking.

The hotel is located centrally in the city with easy access to factory outlets and shopping centers. the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, offering us a traditional drink upon arrival and providing us with a complimentary prayer kit. The room was also beautifully decorated with intricate details.
There was no swimming pool on the property and the parking area was quite limited during the busy New Year period. It would have been more convenient if these facilities were available, especially during the hot weather.
